1. Do you allow my own design to be added to any of your products?

Yes we allow you to add your own design to most of our items such as mugs or frames. They must not be subject to copyright as we will NOT create anything that infringes this or any other persons intellectual property

2. Would you be willing to donate to my charity or cause?

Unfortunately, we are unable to donate to any charities or causes as we are inundated with regular requests from people. We do, however, regularly participate in raising money for our local hospice and this is our main charity

3. Can I order a matching set of glasses?

Some listings are specifically for you to order a set of glasses in a single colour for example a set of 4 wine glasses in red. If you wanted to order a set of 4 glasses in different colours, then you can do this by going to any listing for single glasses and ordering the amount and colours you want

4. Do you offer discount for bulk orders?

We offer a discretionary discount on orders of multiples purchased of the same product. Some items are discounted when purchasing the required number at the same time. These will be shown on listings. If you wish to bulk order more than 10 of the same item, please message to discuss further.

5. How do I wash my glitter glasses?

Each glitter glass or glitter mug is sent out with a care instructions card in order for the recipient to know how best to look after it. The glitter will not wash off if you follow the care instructions which you will find a copy of on each listing as one of the images

6. How does the FREE SHIPPING work when ordering various items?

Some items have free shipping on them which when combined with other free shipping items means your order will be shipped free. However, if you purchase items alongside the free shipping item then your order will incur charges for postage of the items

Delivery

PROCESSING TIMES

All processing times are displayed on each listing giving you an indication of how long it takes to create a product before shipping it out to you.

These times can be anywhere from 2 - 10 working days

If you order several different products with various processing times, then your order will be shipped after the latest product processing time

SHIPPING TIMES

We use 24hr and 48hr tracked with signature postage method with Royal Mail and their website guidelines for delivery service are as follows:

Tracked 24 - we aim to deliver next working day

Tracked 48 - we aim to delivery 2-3 working days

If we have to use another courier for an order due to weight and size we will endeavour to use a tracked 24hr or 48hr method and will let you know at time of shipping

DELIVERY PRICES

Delivery prices are shown during the checkout process. Initially at the time of adding to your basket you will see a charge for the quickest delivery method as standard for your order. This is often 24hr tracked postage dependant on the weight and cost of your order.

Once your address details are added, the system will then show you the delivery options available for your items.

We offer a FREE DELIVERY service within a specific area of Burnley, and this again will be shown once your address has been added to the checkout process.

FREE SHIPPING is also available on orders over £75

PACKAGING

We take pride in ensuring our products are fit for safe transport when being packaged. This is done through our extensive quality check ensuring each item; especially glass ones, are wrapped individually in bubble wrap and packed inside with either bubble wrap or brown paper allowing very little freedom for the product to move around when being transported.

We like to try to help the environment where possible so as a small business we often send our orders out in used boxes as a way of recycling and giving back to the environment.

COURIERS

We like to use Royal Mail as our main courier for most individual items sent out. We may sometimes use other couriers depending on weight and the amount of products ordered at once.

Sometimes it may be necessary to ship your order in several parcels but we will endeavour to inform you of this
