LATE DELIVERY

Once your order is in the post, we are unfortunately not responsible for how long it takes to get to you and therefore our shipping times are only a guide from the couriers themselves

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days of us posting it out, please get in touch via our contact page and we will look into it for you immediately

LOST IN TRANSIT

Any orders lost in transit are not classed as such by Royal Mail until 10 working days after the due date

Example: order posted 2nd class on a Tuesday is due Friday of the same week. It is not classed as lost until the Friday 2 weeks later

This means that 3 weeks after posting is when an item is classed as lost and can then be refunded or a new one sent out. This may sometimes be earlier but is at the discretion of Waterworth Creations. Please contact immediately via this form so we may be aware and look into it straight away

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

All our items are quality checked before shipping and we strive to bring you the best of our handmade and hand created products.

Sometimes despite all our efforts some items may end up damaged or faulty upon delivery and in this case, we ask you get in touch with us via email within 48 hours so we may look into this for you.
